I created this design for the glamorous and talented Heather Dubrow
I LOV£ the flared shoulders and velvet chest bows.  It also features a lace up back closure.

This design has a beautiful polka dot print and velvet waist. Also, the heart pocket is adorned with a velvet bow and velvet ruffle trim.

Currently, I only offer one size which will fit most. The waist band is about 28″ and the back closure has a corset effect by criss crossing a black satin ribbon though the loops (so there is a lot of room for adjustments). I do plan on offering additional sizes in the future
